Refund policy

We're committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Return Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method as LOVIAENO is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

Exchanges: Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you require a different item, kindly place a new order.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at team@loviaeno.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed.

Please allow up to 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed upon the arrival of the returned item at our warehouse.

LOVIAENO reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
